5.6Verified guest“The staff were very poor. They wouldn't clean the room even after giving me a credit for it. They switched my bed on me. They wouldn't take responsibility for the booking. Breakfast wasn't provided as promised. I had to wait for the manager to go to the market to buy food. The manager, Timity, was nasty and asked me to check out when I asked about cleaning. I'm a cancer patient and he said he didn't care and wanted me to leave. I was ready to call the police on him and the property. Luckily I found another hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone.”
